We went to Jordan in September 2005. Cameras used included Leica M7, Leica D-lux and the Hasselblad 6x6 503cw. Film was exclusively Fuji Velvia 100F and Fuji Provia 400F. These are some of the pictures.

anjan > Made famous by Indiana Jones, this is the fabulous treasury at Petra (literally the city of rock). The treasury towers are more than 40 metres high. Leica M7, 28mm summicron f2.8. Fuji Velvia

anjan > The memorial church to Moses at Mount Nebo. Historically famous as the scene of the final vision and death of Moses, the mountain also finds a mention in the Bible. Leica M7, 50mm summicron f2. Fuji Velvia
anjan > Location! A map in front of Mount Nebo. Jerusalem and Israel are toward the left (28 km away) and Syria and Lebanon are to the right. On a clear day you are supposedly able to see Jerusalem! Unfortunately I was not there on a "clear" day! Leica M7, 50mm summicron f2. Fuji Velvia
